If John and Joe bring up the SEC investigating possible fraud in regards to CKYS they are speaking about a verifiable set of circumstances that CKYS has found itself in. Are you then insinuating that the SEC is the basher in your scenario? Fraud is by definition: Intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value. TRUTH-CKYS-TRADING SUSPENSION (per SEC). PERVERSION OF TRUTH-Everything is okay at CKYS.
