If John and Joe bring up the SEC investigating possible fraud in regards to CKYS they are speaking about a verifiable set of circumstances that CKYS has found itself in. Are you then insinuating that the SEC is the basher in your scenario? Fraud is by definition: Intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value. TRUTH-CKYS-TRADING SUSPENSION (per SEC). PERVERSION OF TRUTH-Everything is okay at CKYS. Not Jim's fault...blame shorty..blame ice.. blame FnF board..blame naked shorty..blame anyone that is naked and short. SEC is evil and going to greys is good and part of Jim's overall plan. JMHO
