The last time I checked, shareholders do not vote on filing bankruptcy. Nor does a Judge require BDO audited Financials to file for bankruptcy.
With do debt, and highly valued IP's it makes no sense to file. Additionally, BK would unduly encumber existing contracts and licenses for Medtronic.... I am doubtful with Huge seeking center stage, that will be allowed to occur.
