I was responding to someone posting that Titan has no debt, therefore the implication is Titan would have no reason to file bankruptcy, a view that has been around this board for years.
To your point. If Titan can’t pay it’s bills you should expect the company to file bankruptcy at some point.

If the IP is highly valuable then it makes PERFECT SENSE to file for bankruptcy to PROTECT THOSE ASSETS!
