May I suggest limiting your binniss idears to pasta machine improvements.

Pasta machines work fine. But if you want the very BEST fresh pasta, you should roll it out yourself. So it'll be very thin. For some preparations, thin enough to read a newspaper through it. Not everyone can do that. I can't. But the finished product tastes quite different.

Also, try lowering your voice an octave or two and wear a lot of black turtlenecks.

I have an authentic deep voice. So far, it hasn't done a thing for me. And I was wearing black turtlenecks before Lizzie was.
