And yet we have mea culpas from Stevens and Demarco, unsolicited from our perspective, and contrary to their former public statements. There's writing on the wall because people like those two cannot afford to be seen on the opposite side of a major policy decision, their former positions were based on the GSEs being dismantled and the business going commercial, and being on the correct side is their bread and butter. They're now advocating the opposite because they still hold sway in circles that matter, so they're been sent out to lobby and be seen as savants when the new policies are announced. Gary Hindes sure looks good on his predicted timeline.
