Thanks for the insight whomarjb - seems intuitively correct to me. Dont you think the House GOP has to make a choice between pushing for an exit and have some control over future housing policy vs just leaving control and the piggy bank with the JB Adm for the next 2 to 6 years potentially?

courts. that is the only hope for shareholders and as a cover for others. wish the cases were never filed but too late. they will front run as we know decisions leak even in the highest court, lower courts are nothing burger. watch out for leaks and possibly them trying to manipulate decision as they have all the resources and power that have even able to muffle the press. isn’t there a gag order on companies too?
