The reasons for any “delays” are out there for all to see

The go to conspiracy theories are just that.

There are many layers to this rotting onion and it takes time to get down to the true underlying source of the stench.

The SEC is just doing it’s job no matter how the conspiracy theorists try to spin it.

I suggest all watch and learn no matter how the facts may burst and disrupt one’s red hat protected bubble.

Well....it's been just about a year and a half. It's still legit. The issue is that there is not much to look back on prior to the SPAC compared to the length of investigation. They can stall until the SPAC runs dry apparently..without recourse.

It is laughable given that there is not that much to look at. But, the SEC is still within their right. Really.... skirting that one though ..lol. And so it goes....
