Well....it's been just about a year and a half. It's still legit. The issue is that there is not much to look back on prior to the SPAC compared to the length of investigation. They can stall until the SPAC runs dry apparently..without recourse.
It is laughable given that there is not that much to look at. But, the SEC is still within their right. Really.... skirting that one though ..lol. And so it goes....
