Exactly. It would be a very unusual arrangement. Possible? Of course. Anything is possible, but this scenario is very unlikely.

It’s “prepayment” for securities, with the terms not having quite been finalized in ink when the 10q was published.

100% right JFR !!!!Also, why would the company create new securities for a financing when they already have the C Shares !!!!
