Well, you seem to understand the situation, you just don’t apply it fairly and with consistency.
Hundreds of examples from HiLo, YoLo etc. could be cut n pasted in which they have broken every TOS you magically enforced.

But you know this and are not capable of across the board fair application…you just aren’t ***
