I was speaking in general. But, yeah, I feel like the situation I was speaking to - the TOS, how Users could use the tools provided and Admin's role is applied fairly and consistently. You don't, I'm sorry to hear that but ok.

"DSP" - um, not really as it's not really a secret to a User when they bump up against a restriction they have. They know there is a restriction and can ask Admin about it if they so choose. Or they can assume some alternative explanation as is their prerogative. So not secret and not "double secret" whatever that means.

A) Nobody has taken the time to report those violations to Admin and none of the 6 moderators noticed the violations.
Bit More likely:
B) They don't violate TOS.

...Hundreds of examples from HiLo, YoLo etc. could be cut n pasted in which they have broken every TOS you magically enforced.
