They give Miguel a $100k they get back $170k in stock based upon the lowest close for previous 21 days. For a decade they would smash this into the ground then exercise the loan option. So in reality that 70% discount was really a 100% discount or much more. They never did not dilute. Not one month. This could have easily gone to $0.80 in 2010. That was prime Obama time and Stem cell sector was going crazy. But they diluted non stop. Today it the bid is $0.0021. The trips are assured BEM.
