He gets a kick back as well from his MM buddy (as he has since 2010) for selling shares. Pay him in cash and he takes it to the caymans. Beyond that he was pulling in a couple of million on the conversion since 2010. He was handing out a monthly discount of 70% to his various filthy scum lenders. Imagine? They give Miguel a $100k they get back $170k in stock based upon the lowest close for previous 21 days. For a decade they would smash this into the ground then exercise the loan option. So in reality that 70% discount was really a 100% discount or much more. They never did not dilute. Not one month. This could have easily gone to $0.80 in 2010. That was prime Obama time and Stem cell sector was going crazy. But they diluted non stop. Today it the bid is $0.0021. The trips are assured BEM.
