TXTrader ... sorry, working backwards here and catching up after awhile so let me give you a better response and I really appreciate this post so I can clarify a few things and I know I was quite a bit harsh.
I don't agree with you being booted at all and actually didn't even know you were booted until you posted here. As you know there are only a handful of people even active these days and others just check in time to time. There are very few boots that have ever happened that I agree with as I have always thought both sides need to be able to air things out but if someone starts cursing constantly, spamming, attacking others ... something similar to most boards probably should have had a set of rules from 1 day ban, 1 week, 1 month etc depending on violating certain rules to keep things clean.
My response was just my opinion from my recollection of the events. I honestly wish you would have posted as eloquently in there as you did here which was a much better way of communicating your message. But I understand, things get heated, you felt you were on to something and then others start chiming in and you wanted to keep your cards to your vest but you have to understand after months and months of many people not getting anything from OTCM why others may be skeptical and GTC posted after this adding to that you would not share any details and it was all very general and when people asked for a little specifics none were given.
Then it devolved into an argument and things were said between others as I am sure you were upset as well. I mean people were questioning you same as Cash and others bring up how you should question the CEO and the Company etc so sometimes gotta step back and think about that as well.
You did share with me personally a little bit more but not in the detail you posted later. For the record, I take your information for what it is ... maybe true ....maybe not ... because I can't verify anything except take you at your word.
The part I have a tough time with your argument is that MF is not actually trying to get the CE off or not even communicating with OTCM or missing things ... because that just doesn't make sense to me. I would think the whole reason he is keeping it Pink Current is just in the hopes of getting the CE off and we all know they have millions of shares and a lot to gain by getting the CE off so I am just wondering what you think the motive would be for MF not doing everything possible to get the CE removed?
Regarding the attorney letter, I looked at other tickers that had their CE come off so anyone can look at those too ... and this seems to be maybe new since the rule change because I noticed the other tickers have a similar boilerplate attorney letter that addresses the CE in the same manner as MF so I personally think this is some type of requirement from OTCM as part of the process of the CE removal submission and they probably have list of things that need to be addressed. Go look at some other tickers that came off of CE since Jan 1 and go look at their filings and attorney letters. Same format, exact same things addressed.
I think there are a handful of true die hard MF believers on the making this a successful Company side and you know I have been fairly critical and raised a lot of issues myself but I think there are a lot more people that just think he is innocent and not involved in the scam but not a good or competent business person that got in over his head etc.
