Maybe she can call the Fidelity offices and have them page fung_derf, she will have a better chance of finding the person she seeks. I guess modern day P.I. work has changed a bit since the old days? Now, you just go to a posting board on the internet and respond to every person with that particular name, and ask if they are the person to whom they are seeking! Just glad for her sake that she's not looking for a John Smith.
