Maybe she can call the Fidelity offices and have them page fung_derf, she will have a better chance of finding the person she seeks. I guess modern day P.I. work has changed a bit since the old days? Now, you just go to a posting board on the internet and respond to every person with that particular name, and ask if they are the person to whom they are seeking!
