That's not what she said. Your post violated TOS. Not egregiously, but still a violation.

I appreciate the response that I did not break TOS but you took a subjective decision to remove this particular post

If Admin removed them, then they violate TOS in some way. If a moderator removed them, they most likely violate TOS but you can appeal for review. 99.99% of deleted posts on the boards I moderate violate TOS in some way.

I have at least 10 others that also do not break TOS that have been removed by Admins.

You may discuss other stocks as part of a valid discussion of the board stock, as in comparison, as you did. That's fine. You cannot spam or promote other stocks.

Lastly, me saying "stop posting about VENG" is ironic because in your TOS you're not supposed to discuss other stocks on the board, but those posts aren't even being removed.

I think Shelly did a good job with her explanation. Admin did not remove the post in question, and would not have. At the same time admin saw no reason to overturn a moderators decision as your post contains instructions to another poster regarding something not to post about.

TOS does not say that.

However, TOS does say:

"Discussion of post deletions and moderator/admin actions is not permitted on the message boards."

So while I don't know about your other board posts, you can take solace in the fact you've gotten away with twelve TOS violations on the Q&A board...
