Shelly -
I have written you about this at least 5 times. This is the first time you took the opportunity to explain why it was removed and all it took was me writing a question here and you saw that people were defending the post, which resulted in you finally responding with why it was removed.
I appreciate the response that I did not break TOS but you took a subjective decision to remove this particular post; however, I have at least 10 others that also do not break TOS that have been removed by Admins. If your TOS is not going to be followed then what's the point? As a poster I understand moderators are different but the TOS is there to help create a sense of consistency - what you're opening up is that you can target posters and censor them by making decisions not bound by the TOS. I do not think that is the intent of this site. You also continue to direct me to the TOS, knowing that I would not find the answer there.
Lastly, me saying "stop posting about VENG" is ironic because in your TOS you're not supposed to discuss other stocks on the board, but those posts aren't even being removed. So that is also baffling. Context also matters, while I don't expect you all to follow everything single conversation thread - the "stop posting about VENG" was related to prior posts where I compared the two and showed that they were different companies (Admins subsequently removed that as OT as well but not the person who brought up VENG).
You and the admins/mods - have to make a decisions on how you're going to govern the board and these posts - is it bound in the TOS or rooted in your own personal like/dislike of a poster or the posts.
