According to an 8k filed in 2019 regarding "change in control", there was a stock purchase agreement giving Saean Inc. control of EMPM. The 8k also indicated that EMPM was a "control subsidiary" of Saean Inc.
Both Saean Inc and EMPM have been "private" companies for a while now,.. so anything could have happened behind the scenes. We just haven't been privy too, or seen any evidence of what has happened yet. - just like no one knew about the Saean R&D merger, until it was publicly announced.
