I'd prefer a chief medical officer or CMO.

The absence of a CMO means to they are not preparing to initiate another clinical trial.
The absence of a CFO means they are not preparing for long-term management of the financial actions of the company, especially when there is not going to be another medical trial.
They are not putting together a sales team to sell DCVAXL, not renewing their website, and not adding/replacing younger management to NWBO staff.

Conclusion: NWBO will be bought as I have said not far after approval.
