Or they made her question herself and assume she hit wrong pedal. People don't believe Teslas suffer from SUA but they do. People stronger in conviction will tell the cops I hit the brakes. People who are more easily swayed will question if they really hit the brakes which I'm guessing is what happened here.

In the following case of SUA theres no denying what happened because the tires kept spinning after the car came to a halt and foot wasnt touching a pedal.

As a driver pulled into his San Ramon garage Monday night, his Tesla unexpectedly accelerated, slamming through a wall and damaging the home's kitchen

"The car just kept going by itself and just hit the wall and went into the home," he said. "It took the kitchen island out. The refrigerator out."

The weight of the collapsed wall halted the car's forward progress. But the wheels kept spinning until the stunned driver got the car to turn off.

Here is a comprehensive list of out of control Tesla accidents which exhibit behavior suggesting EMI induced glitching, whether or not any deaths occurred, that I have found in 2023. At the bottom of the post is the link to 2022 out of control accidents. For extra measure I have included examples of other EVs exhibiting these conditions. All accidents in this list occurred during ongoing solar storms/and or enhanced geomagnetic activity that leads to  surface EM radiation that can cause induced currents in vehicles and thus cause ECUs and electric motors to glitch.

How to examine the data

3. An incident highlighted in red means at least 1 death occurred
4. Understand that more accidents exist, these are only ones that can be easily independently verified
