I know. A massive deposit it is!! I still follow the mining industry a bit and used to invest in small mining stocks . But I'm more of an environmentalist in my older age.

The Pebble would be a potential massive disaster. Seems there little chance it will ever get off the ground. Might the operators be able to run a clean ship? We may never know. If it ever did, would the extra expense needed to avoid serious problems be excessive?
