If they go the route of transitioning to BP, I would see a natural process unfold. After BLA/MAA approvals, major financial investors coming on board will be hand-in-hand with some agreements on BOD and C suite folks as well as other required talents. I just see that would be expected by all and part of a normal transitioning of the company from R&D to commercialization and into a global pharmaceutical company. I will add, because NWBO is a unicorn company and DCVax is revolutionary technology platform with megatrend potential, I think the quality and level of people wanting to join will be very, very high.
