Another possibility might be an update on what is in the JAMA Journal. If they are tracking all the survivors, roughly two more years of data may be available. I don't believe that they had KM Plots extended well beyond a decade. They could discuss long-term survival benefits and quality of life.


Yes, there is plenty of additional data they could add in.

The most significant would be the 232 vs 99 OS data. This is really kind of serious. If the 99 live longer than the 232, why should one take DC-L early? Even if they live about the same, what is the advantage?

As far as QOL, that is something that requires formal measuring during the trial. No way to get it later. It became fairly common by 2010 or so to measure QOL in P3 trials, but this trial re-purposed a small P2 from 2005. So no QOL. Also why they did not use iRANO to verify progression.

But as LG said, they saved millions and years by this shortcut.
