Here is the press release from NWBO describing why they rejected the board member Woodford recommended and the issues with Ondra.

NW Bio subsequently discovered that one of the Ondra partners who participated in the full day briefing in NW Bio’s offices, taking extensive notes, and who pressed repeatedly for NW Bio’s confidential business documents and information, is a Director on the Board of an Israeli company against which NW Bio’s contract manufacturer has been in very intensive litigation in US Federal court for several years, for alleged extensive misappropriation of intellectual property of the manufacturer and its clients, including NW Bio.

Why would someone be taking such detailed notes if they were just trying to do an independent assessment of company operations for Woodford?
