this is manipulated and likely shorted like crazy...that may explain the daily red candles and close at lows of day practically every day...
--but where is the confidence of insiders buying shares? --where is big pharma gobbling up 10 percent of this at firesale prices...surely merck and other checkpoint inhibitor companies now know of NWBO vaccine potential...they don't care about the price if they know they want a partnership or want to acquire this. --where are the hedgefunds buying 10 percent of such a high yielding company..
