OTCN is spoof-blocking @ .01. Hidden, under "small 10k", but trying to spoof on this VERY-THINLY-TRADED stock, in my opinion. Doesn't really want to sell a lot of shares there but will if deemed necessary :) JMO Note #4 listed above...respective shares come off restriction May 10, 2023. Can probably convert at any time but cannot sell. Probably can't convert over 9.99% of the OS and have ownership of those shares (about 3.8 million current OS 38M)...they'll wait for vuvu...



How about an update on 8-BIT BUDS Sales numbers...? :)
