But I'm not sure if you are familiar with the EOS case .
Still i don't know what EOS is until this day.. Securities or digital asset's even after the SEC won that case there's not really some clarity on that one.
I guess this is how it goes, sec does some pressure and the most go for just paying the Fine and passing by all That monopoly network pressure.

I wouldn’t hang my hat on that. Coinbase throwing punches at them on the sidelines is going to show just how corrupt the SEC really is. It’s one thing to take one one company. Two companies throwing serious allegations is going to raise eyebrows.
