I don't know. But I'm not sure if you are familiar with the EOS case . Still i don't know what EOS is until this day.. Securities or digital asset's even after the SEC won that case there's not really some clarity on that one. I guess this is how it goes, sec does some pressure and the most go for just paying the Fine and passing by all That monopoly network pressure.
