Calasse lost, sorry, the google u DD hasn’t been right once.
Hasnt been proven right once, but also hasn't been proven wrong once either. The jury is still out; we cannot reach a conclusion until the NVSC decides.
But once again, you can look at the cases I've mentioned, which include a dozen Nevada Supreme Court decisions, as a strong indicator of which way the final NVSC decision will go. In contrast, I haven't seen any cases to support that the NVSC decision will ultimately be in the opposite direction.
Similarly, you can look at the different procedures and timing between how WNFT canceled these shares and how GVSI/SRNW are now attempting to cancel shares. There is a stark contrast between the two, which is another strong indicator of which way the final NVSC decision will go.
The reason that the $GVSI and $SRNW share cancellation hearings are taking so long is that we have to show the court that we made every effort to serve the defendants, especially the ones out of the country or state. We might almost be there. It takes as long as it takes.

Finally, I think the length of time for the NVSC to issue a decision also points to it not being a simple dismissal. If it was as straightforward as originally claimed, the NVSC would have quickly issued a decision dismissing the appeal for lack of standing.
