Google U DD doesn’t cut it and has been proven wrong month after month. Unfortunately WC loses, Sharp and actual shareholders win :-(

But once again, you can look at the cases I've mentioned, which include a dozen Nevada Supreme Court decisions, as a strong indicator of which way the final NVSC decision will go. In contrast, I haven't seen any cases to support that the NVSC decision will ultimately be in the opposite direction.

Not really. Your statement is full of bias as to what you personally think and strongly hope will happen. I other words wishful thinking.

Calasse has already lost twice in the lower cour and in this appeal one of the judges has already made a statement about lack of jurisdiction and that Calasse needs to prove why he should be a party to the case, which he is not and he didn't become a party to the case in the lower court where he made the blunder of not doing.

That is all I need to know.

Similarly, you can look at the different procedures and timing between how WNFT canceled these shares and how GVSI/SRNW are now attempting to cancel shares. There is a stark contrast between the two, which is another strong indicator of which way the final NVSC decision will go.

The only reason that Sharp is doing the share cancellations different this time is because he doesn't want another appeal. That costs him time and money. Nothing more. It definitely is not a "strong indicator of which way the final NVSC decision will go."

Most of what is posted is written to sound objective but in truth the information is chock full of bias and wishful thinking.

The onus was on Calasse to petition the lower court to become a party to the case, something his third-rate lawyer never did and was a MASSIVE BLUNDER that one of the judge noted and stated. Now it's too late to remedy.

That's part of the reason Sharp said Calasse should sue the lawyer he used in the lower court.

Calasse will lose no matter how much wishful thinking is posted.
