Obviously if someone has been researching pennystocks for long enough they would know some of them last for years and years. They get re-washed and played again and again using the latest hot theme. That was one of the reasons the SEC started up their Shell Expell program - to rid the dead companies from being reused for fraudulent purposes. So to brag this one is anything like a typical business and should be dead by now is incorrect. I suspect the SEC might take notice though with those valuations they mentioned in their 8k.
