You are right on the mark. We should have taken care of business in Afghanistan before diverting all of our resources into Iraq, as Bush was determined to do so at any cost.
OT CTB You seem to forget Saddam violated UN resolutions 17 times. He did butcher 100s of thousands. His general wrote a book detailing how he transfered the weapons out of Iraq. The press never reports the thanks we hear from Iraq citizens who are greatful for the change which is taking place. Remember they voted under threats of their saftey. They still voted. Our revolutionary war was not a thing of just a few years. The entire processs took nearly 40 years. There were people still loyal to the crown. My ancestors fought in the War of 1812 which finnaly brought the country together. Those who will not fight for peace and justice deserve neither
