No excuse was given nor needed to be given. You asked a question and the reply given was also in question form that included retail. So whatever to that.

I have repeatedly seen and heard investors say they “just got off the phone” or received an email from a company CEO and believe it or not - not to shock you - the CEO’s actually lied to them!

That type of thing can and undoubtedly has happened to ones. By virtue of that statement therefore, that sounds like the reason why you will not try to contact the company.

The following is drawing a conclusion with a preconceived mindset.

They will only tell you the good stuff and they shouldn’t be disclosing anything that isn’t already public information. Plus they pretend to be your BFF and expect you to be the company mouthpiece and pump the stock.

Some people always feel so special when the CEO gives them personal attention.

That's an over-generalized statement man. Because things can happen such and such a way doesn't mean it automatically will. Mankind could come to an end today because the capability is there but I highly doubt it. So that's not factual.

Some people who are interested in facts are NOT interested in the personal attention, make me feel good BS.
