Third party consultants are working on multiple regulatory filings for approval per the First Amended Complaint and the ASM. I invest based on current events. It's currently 2023. Not just LG. iIRC there were maybe 2 PRs that summer stating that TOP LINE DATA was expected "in the month of September, sometime after Labor Day". Maybe even LP saying that.
And they hadn't even locked the database yet... And how long after lock did it take to get Top line?? We all know the answer.
They were either flat out lying, or they have know idea wtf they're doing.
I welcome anyone to explain to me how it isn't one of the two.
