know your limitations but never be afraid to cross the boundaries. It's like we chatted about before about getting second opinions. Medicine is always evolving, it is a living breathing organism in every one of us.

There is no one person who can tell you what to do with your own body, unless you're a Judge in TX but I digress. Our bodies are very resilient.

Just take care of yourself, you know what you are and who you are and sometimes it's not what we'd like to hear but it's what always motivates you and not what someone else says.

Just keep up the good work and eventually you'll forget that you've even had a replacement part!

Stay at your pace, the real race is waking up each day to continue your performance. Also, I take my vitamins each day, at this age, B,C,D and zinc helps your immune system stay stronger.
