I've had those days too. The hospital physio woman gave me a walking test yesterday, walking around a small gym. 6 min. I said how fast? She said normal. I didn't tell her in the beginning my favorite pace was a saunter. So i pushed it a bit and walked faster than normally would. Using my estimated height and weight, and my age, she calculated the predictive distance of a healthy no-knee-op guy. I was at 70%. Was disappointed i hadn't walked faster. Next test three weeks. 100% that no-knee-op predictive distance here i come. LOL.
