The cigarettes are the biggest problem most people face each day, when you eliminate that from your daily routine your body starts to heal itself. It is better if you can do some exercising, but even a simple walk each day helps tremendously.

Then you start with your diet, cut out the excesses, easy on the caffeine, and stay away from the fast food.

Get your rest each night, I know you are feeling sprite again, and you think you can run after all of those girls like you always have done. But be smart, sit down, a good one will find you, and before you know it another year will pass and you will realize your life has another chapter to write.
