Well, you're not a native. I don't understand what the big deal is with pulled pork with BBQ sauce. I've tried it--not homemade--a few times, and didn't get its charms.

Shredded chicken is okay in tacos or enchiladas. As, I imagine, shredded pork would be minus the BBQ sauce.
