Although in this case with the sheer volume of posts that constantly churn the same twisted information especially concerning the shell status, any newbie, including an average 3rd grader, should be able to figure out the truth, especially when documents are available proving otherwise. AVVH is Dark - what part of filing a Form 15 and deregistering the company stock and cease all SEC filing Obligations don't you understand.
AVVH would have to file a S-1 or Form 10 to become a SEC filer and that hasn't happened so they are Dark which means they treat shareholders like mushrooms - they keep them in the Dark and feed them BS.
