AVVH is Dark - what part of filing a Form 15 and deregistering the company stock and cease all SEC filing Obligations don't you understand.

AVVH would have to file a S-1 or Form 10 to become a SEC filer and that hasn't happened so they are Dark which means they treat shareholders like mushrooms - they keep them in the Dark and feed them BS.
