Could have sworn I said this a few months ago. The consultant is either incompetent or in on it. Neither situation is palatable. Brian is an idiot for not firing this ass clown last November, or even before that when the, "Consultant," told them to move the manufacturing facility out of China, at the tail end of their PMA application.
