Oh, someone just asked if anything was posted by GS….. no idea on the FORW cept i heard they were debt free

Still no revenue - Sharp filed a Reg A on 06/12/2020 - SEC Staff Action:

"Forwardly, Inc. filed with the Commission an offering statement to qualify an offering of securities under Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. The offering statement has been on file for more than nine months and has not yet been qualified.

In view of the foregoing, it is ORDERED that the offering statement be declared abandoned on February 28, 2022."

Another Sharp Failure.

The price is being manipulated by insiders to dupe unsuspecting investors to believe there is a big run so they can dump their shares on them.

Sharp has been the CEO of FORW for 4 years and he has brought garbage into FORW. Ligand and Maverick is too funny.

In the Assets the Cash is from financing activities - not from Operations.

There isn't anything that would cause the FORW share selling scheme to run except insider manipulation.

Sharp needs to be in prison.
