Yes, he tweeted a few months ago that FORW would have AUDITED FINANCIALS by the end of Q1. That’s this Friday, March 31st.

Look for a tweet soon, hopefully saying this has been accomplished and that Forwardly is now an SEC REPORTING COMPANY.
