That status sat at "FORFEITED" for five months until it was brought up for discussion here, then a couple of days later it was fixed....

BIEL management probably didn't fix the error. I emailed the Comptroller and asked why the status was Forfeited when the Annual Report was filed after the Comptroller's action. I probably wasn't the only one. I didn't get a response, but for all we know, that alerted the Comptroller to the error, and of course it was an easy database fix.
So you can thank BIEL shareholders for doing the CEO's job. I mean, someone has to do it.
