Increasing share count never crossed my mind. Your thoughts surely have merit and makes logical sense. Probably more so than a buyout. However, imo IPS certainly has his own reasons for his thoughts.
This is a logical possibility as well as some of the other options proposed by IPS. This would not be a negative in my opinion, Schwazze is cash positive as opposed to much of their competition hemorrhaging cash. The move would likely be for an acquisition and Dye and Company have proven good stewards of capital. Growth has been disciplined to seek accretive deals.
