Agreed. IPS is typically ahead of the opening of new dispensaries. Whoever he is in contact with, or whatever Google search criteria he is using, is clearly working. If he is seeing something, then I not only appreciate his sharing, but I know that he is not just saying it to pump the stock for his own gain. There is merit behind his comments.
