Hum two weeks after the R/S he is issuing shares to himself . I believe that was pointed out that it would happen
Hum who is this board he speaks of , he has always controlled the voting rights , and was a big deal when he issued himself shares awhile back about controlling a takeover from outside source, they would have to deal with him only.
So what has changed?
Why not give every share holder a vote?
Smoke and mirrors of the same BS he promoted over the past two years .
