1. the right of the entity to conduct business in the State of Maryland has been relinquished and has no right to use its name

2. for domestic corporations, this also means that THE BUSINESS HAS NO EXISTENCE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND.

There is a new filing from the comptroller today. My guess is we see the status updated soon. Someone at BIEL must have finally picked up the phone and called to straighten things out.
